These exhaust systems are the most popular cat-back exhaust systems available today. Each system is built to fit and sound perfectly for your vehicle, whether it be a car, truck or SUV. These Cat-Back Exhaust Systems are all built with high grade stainless steel components and feature stainless welds and clamps. All pipes are mandrel-bent stainless steel tubing from the flanges to the tailpipes, designed to bolt right on to your existing exhaust, and provide years of trouble-free performance.
Performance cat-back exhaust systems are developed at a 30,000-square-foot R&D Tech Center which is the home to the CAD Engineering Department, the Prototype Department & Fixturing Departments, two in-ground dynamometers, flow-bench, and sound testing. Each new cat-back exhaust system must pass both quality and performance evaluations prior to a manufacturing commitment. Each Magnaflow exhaust system is evaluated and tested by our team of designers and engineers, then field tested to ensure that these products meet our stringent quality and performance standards.
Installing a Magnaflow Performance Exhaust System
Everything from the pipes, hangers, clamps, mufflers and tips are included and stainless steel in construction. Tips, mufflers, and resonators (where applicable) are "mirror finish", polished stainless steel. They come with everything needed to bolt up in place of your factory system using basic tools. The majority of MAGNAFLOW products do not require welding, cutting or bending, however, select applications may require additional welding for optimal installation. While our systems are designed with consideration for "Do It Yourself" installations, we recommend professional installation. Typical installations take about 1 hour
How do I cancel my order that has not been shipped?
In order to cancel an order you must email sales@PerformanceAlley.com with your full name, order number, part(s) that you would like to cancel,and a reason for cancellation (so that we can better meet your needs in the future). There will be a 10% cancellation fee to customer cancelled orders, when possible if it has not already shipped. When you place an order online, or over the phone, we immediately charge your credit card for verification. This charge costs us 3% of the sale amount. To credit your card, it costs us another 3%. The other 4% is to cover expenses and costs incurred while processing the order. Our employees expect to get paid, so do you when you work. If a special order has been placed, such as pistons, turbo's, etc., and the items are built and ready to ship out, and a cancellation is requested, a 20% cancellation fee will be imposed.
How do I return or exchange a product(s)?
If you want to return or exchange a product(s) that you ordered you will need to email sales@PerformanceAlley.com before sending the product(s) back to us. When you email for a return please include the following things in your email, not including all of this information will delay the processing of your return:
1. Order number
2. The full name that the order was placed under
3. Pictures of the unopened product(s)
4. The reason for return.
Performance Alley will only take back unopened and unused product(s) within 30 days from the date you ordered. Performance Alley does have the right to refuse a return for any reason. All returns are subject to a restocking fee that could be up to 30%, but is usually 15%. If you return an item that has been opened, attempted to be installed, or not in a new and sellable condition the restocking fee could be more than 30% or we will return the product(s) back to you. When an item is returned, you will be responsible for the shipping back ot us unless it was our error. The actual shipping cost of the item will be deducted from your credit. You must send the product(s) back with a RMA number on the outside of the box or we will refuse your return. You must also send back your product(s) with a returns form that Performance Alley will email you once we approve your return. If you send the product(s) back without the return paperwork it will delay the return and could effect if you receive a refund at all because you didn't give us any information to process the return. Any item that has been installed or attempted to be installed; as well as, special order items are not returnable for any reason. Performance Alley only sells new, unopened products so please keep this in mind when requesting to return a product(s). We do not return any electronics or special order items. These items include any piping/clamping products (i.e. Vibrant piping etc), accessories/promo products (T-shirts, seat covers), or interior pieces including seats.
My product arrived damaged, what do I do?
Damage during shipping is extremely rare but please inspect your shipment upon arrival. Report any damage or shipping related breakage immediately to the shipping company that delivered the item. Performance Alley does not handle any damage requests, only you can make the claim with the shipping company. Performance Alley does insure all shipments so you will receive a replacement as soon as the claim is approved by the shipping company.
You sent me the wrong part, how do I get what I need?
Mistakes can happen no matter how hard we try. If you did get the wrong part, please email sales@PerformanceAlley.com to let us know. We will be more than happy to exchange it for you as fast as possible. If you ordered the part online and it was an error of our website, please alert us as soon as you can, so we may swap the part out and change the error on our site. If your item is defective, you must go through the manufacture of the product to get the proper one. We do not warranty products through Performance Alley. All 3rd party charges incurred (i.e. Labor costs) will not be covered by Performance Alley.
My part broke, how can I get a new one?
Each manufactures varies when it comes to replacing broken parts. The best thing to do is to contact them first to find out their normal procedure and policies regarding broken products. As long as the part is still under warranty, Performance Alley will provide you with any information that you will need in order to receive a replacement. Performance Alley does not accept used parts or installed parts as returns if defective nor warranty them direct. Please see manufacture for all warranty information.
I changed my mind, and I no longer want the parts
It is common that you may want something different. Make sure the product is in brand new condition as explained above in the returns section. You are welcome to return the part or have switched out. You will unfortunately be responsible for the 25% Restocking fee as we have to get this back on our shelf. We can waive up to 10% if you are just exchanging a product.
